Two hours from Montevideo, Uruguay is the coastal town of Colonia del Sacramento.  The city is unique in that it contains both Spanish and Portuguese colonial influences.  It is also the jumping point to Buenos Aires, just a ferry ride away.  We spent the afternoon there before taking the ferry.
